Getting overwhelmed with work, social life, family matters, financial problems, relationship issues and even fashion crisis is a normal. Sometimes it feels like you don’t even have the time or even the strength to just breathe. But staying in bed all day and just running away from all these is never an option.
Cancelling out work, social life and your family will not be good. Somehow you have to juggle everything and still do a good job. This can take a toll on your mental capacity. This can give you emotional stress and may literally make you insane. This is not good!

A good psychiatrist thinks holistically. This means that you have to be more knowledgeable about your diet, particular stressors, sleep patterns and exercise. You also have to know your support systems and relationships. All of these affects your stress level and may also affect your sanity.
It’s not just becoming knowledgeable of your stressors and relaxers. You also have to keep records of it. This will serve as your guide or as a reference in the future. You can also uncover something about yourself by analyzing this. This can also help you make your organization and record keeping skills which can be applied in real life.
The main thing that is required of you is to have hope and give hope. It is like the light at the end of the tunnel. If you feel down or fearful, remember that there is still something to be thankful for. It may be your family, friends or even your pet. You can also have a vacation once in a while which can help you unwind and be free from everything that stresses you out.
